These rules are to be followed by every member of this board... Not following these rules could lead to being suspended or being banned from the board.

1. This site is personally owned and operated. Posting within this board is a privilage and not a right. The Admin's of this board, will have the right to Suspend/Ban any member that isn't following the rules. If you are banned do not trying to re-join the Board under another "Screen Name " or " Identity " as your IP Address will be logged into our system, and will not let you sign back up for our site.
1.A If you feel that you have been "Banned" for no reason, or have been banned for something that you didn't have no part in?. Contact Me at ( hkystormchaser@charter.net ) and explain to me why, and what exactly happen. If I see that you have been banned for no reason or feel the reason you where banned was wrong, then I will grant you promission to join the Board once again, and will deal with the person/s that banned you.
2. Copyright Infringment/Hacking - The "Staff" here at "Lightning Bolt Wx" will not allow anyone on our members list, to use copyrighted information/content within our site. If you are caught posting something that isn't your own content, then it will be removed by one of our Admin's and that person/s will be given a "Warning" and will recieve a three (3 ) day suspention from our board. The second (2) time that same person/s are caught posting Copyright information/content then they will be Banned from the site and will not be allowed to be apart of this site.
2.A A "Disclaimer" will be posted at the bottom of the Board Rules, which ever member is to put at the top of any post that isn't there and comes from the AP or another source. They must also post this disclaimer at the top of any post that is your own such as Forecasts ect. The first couple times if you forget to post the Disclaimer it will be posted by our Staff for you, and they will send you a notice. If you repeatidly continue to post without using the Disclaimer then you will be Suspend/Banned from the Board.
3. Respect - We here at "Lightning Bolt Wx " expect our member to show each and every other member the same respect that they deserve themselves. We will not allow any Hateful/Disrespectful/Racial remarks toward any of our members or staff. We will also not allow any attacks on any other Weather Organization or Goverment Service. If you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all. If you are caught posting anything of this nature about any Organization, then you will be Banned from the Board without any warning at all. If you are caught posting any "Threatening" remarks toward any of our Member's your IP Address will be noted along with the message saved and our ADMIN will take proper steps in getting this information alone to the Local Law Enforcement. We will not put up with any Bullying or Hateful remarks from anyone.
4. Sexual and/or Pornographic Content - We will not allow any pornographic/sexual content posted within this board. Any member caught posting anything of this nature will be Banned from the Board and the proper steps will be taken to make sure it doesn't happen again.
